NIA (Non-Impact Aerobics) Dance Class

NIA (Non-Impact Aerobics) Dance Class

Held at the International Friendship Club. Classes cost 120 pesos per person, per class, and are donated in full to the IFC.  Pay in cash (only) right before the class begins. Open to anyone who wants to move their body – there are no “right” steps. Classes are fun, non-impact, and taught by Deborah Darr, a loving and gentle teacher who can walk now, due in part to NIA (Non-Impact Aerobics).
