To dedicate this annual festival to the Los Horcones River, in Puerto Vallarta and Cabo Corrientes, with the purpose of bringing together locals and visitors, to enjoy nature and fabulous day of music, cultural activities, food in fun family oriented vibe. Declare a day for its celebration.
Celebrating the River, in union, magnifies our songs, music and poetry, dances and drums, and with the learnings and teachings, hopes and love, they will reverberate through the canyon and like cornucopia, pour towards the sea, the whales, the world!
