Located at Lisboa 169 in Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Versalles district, GastronomiQ is the latest project from acclaimed Chef Chad Gardner. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chad brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the table. His background includes running celebrated restaurants in Palm Springs and consulting for fine dining destinations across California and New York. Inspired by his roots in Sonoma Wine Country, Chad is known for delivering exceptional food experiences grounded in quality and creativity.
GastronomiQ is open Fridays from 4:00 to 11:00 PM, with daily happy hour specials from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Whether you’re dropping in for handcrafted cocktails or planning a full dinner, it’s a welcoming spot for an elevated but unpretentious night out.
