A day of togetherness at the Vallarta Botanical Gardens

This Thanksgiving, the Vallarta Botanical Gardens invites you for a day of togetherness in one of Vallarta’s most beautiful natural settings. Gather with family and friends at the Hacienda de Oro Restaurant, located in the heart of the Gardens, for a Traditional Thanksgiving Feast, with the lush landscapes as your backdrop.

Expect all the classics — stuffed roast turkey, homemade gravy, mashed potatoes, and a slice of pumpkin or pecan pie to finish — with live music setting the tone, and maybe even a little dancing to come.

Before or after your meal, take time to wander through the Gardens’ native forest and vibrant flora — a peaceful, joyful way to mark the holiday with the people you’re grateful for.

Freshly baked warm rolls served with herb butter.

First Course · Select one option

• Sweet potato soup, smooth and comforting.

• Seasonal mixed salad with walnuts and passion fruit vinaigrette.

Main Course · The traditional Thanksgiving feast

• Roasted turkey stuffed with traditional stuffing.

• Homemade gravy.

• Mashed potatoes.

• Ginger-glazed carrots.

• Cranberry sauce.

• Sautéed green beans.

Would you like a little more? Request a second portion of turkey or stuffing to enjoy during your meal, subject to availability.

Dessert · Select one option

• Pumpkin pie, a seasonal classic.

• Pecan pie served with whipped cream.

Included Beverages

• One margarita (any flavor) or a non-alcoholic beverage.

• One glass of wine.

Turkey Alternatives

• Grilled Salmon: served with asparagus and mashed potatoes.

• Vegetarian “Banderas” Enchiladas: a colorful and flavorful Mexican dish.

• Botanical Nachos: crispy tortilla chips with toppings, with your choice of chicken or chorizo.

• Entry to the Gardens ($300 MXN/person) is not included with your Thanksgiving ticket. All entry fees go directly toward supporting the Gardens’ conservation and education mission – thank you so much for being part of it! Garden Members enter free. Learn more about Membership here
