Our community is facing a critical blood shortage. If you’re eligible, this is your moment to make a real difference.
🩺 Donation Requirements:✔️ Fasting: No less than 4 hours, no more than 8✔️ Ages 18–65 only✔️ No tattoos or piercings in the last year✔️ No recent vaccines, surgeries, or illnesses✔️ No alcohol for at least 3 days✔️ Some medications disqualify or must be paused✔️ Bring valid ID
