Arbeda Quartet

We’re Arbeda Quartet, a Puerto Vallarta-based band made up of Montse on vocals🎙️, Daniel Barragán on trumpet 🎺, Benjamín Gutiérrez on keys 🎹, and Aarón Hernández on drums🥁.

Jazz is at the heart of what we do, but we’ve never been interested in staying inside just one box. Our sound moves through blues, soul, swing, funk and modern influences, and our repertoire is a mix of songs we love — some you’ll recognize, some you probably won’t, and some you might hear in a completely different way.

More than anything, Arbeda Quartet is the result of four friends with different musical tastes and personalities coming together and creating something that feels like us.

We love good music, we love playing together, and we’re always looking for the next song that makes us say, “yeah, let’s do that one.”
